Cybercity San Francisco data and tooling notices ================================================ Arnis ----- The offline terrain exporter is based on Arnis commit 3918513acb4e5e9ef4332418531a7c444d2b5acf by Louis Erbkamm (louis-e) and contributors. Arnis is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The complete upstream LICENSE and NOTICE are distributed beside that patch. DataSF ------ The building, address, street and shoreline datasets are provided by the City and County of San Francisco through DataSF. USGS 3DEP --------- Terrain elevations are sourced through Arnis from the United States Geological Survey 3D Elevation Program (3DEP), including the San Francisco coverage selected by Arnis' SourceMode::Auto provider. USGS-authored data is public domain in the United States: https://www.usgs.gov/3d-elevation-program AWS Terrain Tiles / Mapzen fallback ----------------------------------- 15 of the 196 terrain tiles in this generated snapshot used Arnis' legacy AWS Terrarium fallback after one or more USGS 3DEP requests failed. The dataset is managed by Mapzen, a Linux Foundation project. Terrain Tiles was accessed on 2026-08-23 from: https://registry.opendata.aws/terrain-tiles/ The dataset's provider and attribution documentation is retained here: https://github.com/tilezen/joerd/blob/master/docs/attribution.md https://github.com/tilezen/joerd/blob/master/docs/data-sources.md For this United States coverage, terrain data is courtesy of the U.S. Geological Survey. Credit: Mapzen. The generated manifest records the exact USGS-only and AWS-fallback tile counts so a future rebuild cannot silently change providers without verification. Generated city data remains subject to the applicable source-data terms; it is not collectively relicensed as Apache-2.0.
